Who can order a prescription online?
This service is only available to our existing patients whose medication has already been prescribed in our practice. For new prescriptions or changes to your medication, please make an appointment.
Your recipe in just a few steps
- Fill in the form below with your name, date of birth and the desired medication.
- Check your details and submit the form.
- Your prescription will be ready for collection from our practice within two working days.
Important information on prescription collection
Please bring your insurance card with you when you collect your prescription. If you require regular medication, please ask us about the possibility of a repeat prescription.
Your digital service Prescription order form
With this form you can easily request your follow-up prescriptions (except for BtM prescriptions). You have the option of receiving your prescription by post or collecting it directly from our practice. Please remember to pay the postage for sending your prescription at your next visit.
Important note: Prescriptions for people with statutory health insurance can only be sent if the insurance card is available in the current quarter.
